MICHAEL JAMES JACKSON, President of Manuscript Originals, Inc., is a collector of contemporary art and photography, and has been a successful Record Producer and Music Supervisor for film for more than twenty years. Mr. Jackson has produced such artists as Paul Williams, Jesse Colin Young, KISS, Pablo Cruise, Tom Snow, Lauren Wood, Red Rider, among many others. JOSEPH D. PATTERSON, Chief Operating Officer, was formerly a senior executive with Hallmark for over twenty years. While at Hallmark, Mr. Patterson served in a variety of roles including: Senior Director of Corporate Development in the Kansas City head office; Deputy Managing Director for Continental Europe based in the Netherlands; and Managing Director for the Far East based in Hong Kong. DAVID RUDICH, is a prominent entertainment and business attorney, litigator and businessman. Mr. Rudich is a founder and A member of the Board of Handicapped Artists and Professional Partners, Inc., a non-profit organization established to train and assist handicapped artists to become partially or wholly self-supporting. Mr. Rudich is the founder and sole proprietor of the Confidential Life Insurance Company. He is also a founder, co-owner and general counsel for Travel Wizard LLC.

CHUCK KAYE, is the CEO of DreamWorks Music Publishing. Mr. Kaye was formerly the Chairman of Warner/Chappell Music, the President and founder of Windswept Music, the former President of Irving/Almo Music, Inc., and the former CEO of Geffen Music. Mr. Kaye remains one of the most highly respected music publishers in the world.

RUPERT PERRY, C.B.E., is Senior Vice President of EMI Records, U.K. and President of BPI, The British Phonogram Industry.

HALE MILGRIM, former President and C.E.O. of Capitol Records.

LENNY WARONKER, is President of DreamWorks Records as well as former President of Warner Bros. Records.

BRENDA ANDREWS, is Senior Vice President of Rondor Music as well as an active member of the Board of Directors of the Rhythm & Blues Foundation.

DAVID ANDERLE, a former Senior Vice President in charge of A & R at A&M Records for 14 years, where he had served as an executive since 1970.

BARRY OLLMAN, a Senior Vice President at the Institutional Equity Group of Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc. as well as an advisor to The Woody Guthrie Foundation, a member of the Board of E-Town, a nationally syndicated radio program, and a principal of Transperformance, creators of the self-tuning guitar which is endorsed by Jimmy Page, Graham Nash, Kenny Loggins, Peter Frampton and numerous other professional guitarists. Mr. Ollman is also a longtime collector of rare letters and manuscripts.

BOB EZRIN, is one of the most highly respected record producers in the world among whose credits are Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, Alice Cooper, KISS, and many more. He is also Co-Chairman of the Los Angeles Mentoring Partnership and Vice -President of the Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation, a prestigious charity dedicated to providing musical instruments and educational opportunity to children in school programs throughout the country.

ADAM MITCHELL, serves as the company's Director of Artists and Repertoire. An award-winning songwriter and record producer with 150 covers of his own songs recorded, he has over 30 albums to his credit. Mr. Mitchell has worked with such diverse artists as Linda Ronstadt, Manhattan Transfer, KISS, Chicago, Merle Haggard, Olivia Newton-John, John Waite, Art Garfunkel, Ann Murray, Waylon Jennings, Paul Anka, Peter, Paul and Mary, and Lynn Anderson.  Contact

BILL SIDDONS, former Manager of David Crosby and Graham Nash, has been a successful management executive in the entertainment industry for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Siddons has also previously managed the Doors and Pat Benatar among others.
