STRANGERS IN THE NIGHT, written by Charles Singleton, Eddie Snyder and Bert Kaempfert, was recorded by Frank Sinatra for Reprise Records in 1966. It was a on Billboard's Hot 100 for eleven weeks and reached #1. Receiving five Grammy nominations that year, it one four, including Record of the Year and Best Vocal Performance, Male. BMI awarded Strangers in the Night a Citation of Achievement for reaching more than five million broadcast performances.
