GOOD HEARTED WOMAN co-written by Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson, was recorded by Waylon Jennings for RCA Records in 1972. Topping the Country Charts, this recording received a Grammy nomination for Best Country Vocal Performance, Male. Teaming with Willie Nelson in 1976, "Good Hearted Woman," landed on Billboard's Top 40 for 5 weeks and won Country Music Awards for Single of the Year and for Vocal Duo of the Year. Waylon Jennings was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1995 and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2001.
